I had a quick search but didnt find an answer but it is 2.30 am and i am shattered!!

I have a new pc running win 7 pro.
my old pc (win xp) still works but jut neded something a little quicker.

My download list and history are on the old machine, so can i just copy fiiles from one machine to another (usb stick) and if so...what files.
