A question / request from a desperate freeloader: is there anyone here who fancies creating an iPlayer radio plugin for Volumio? With both live and on-demand streams.

The soon to be released Volumio 2 has been completely re-jigged with a standard API that should make it much easier to develop and maintain plugins. With the addition of an iPlayer plugin Volumio could provide a far better and more stable long-term solution than the unsupported and increasingly wheezy Logitech Media Server.
