If anyone could help please... I keep getting this Warning message living in rep of Ireland and trying to download Paul O' Grady's Sally Army & Me!  but keep getting this message up

WARNING: No Programme  versions found
WARNING: Yoy may receive this message if you are using get_iplayer outside UK

can someone help me sort this outside dont see why it wont work?
