No search results after updating to Ubuntu PPA package

Maybe this comes under this subject heading?...

Laptop rebuild (Ubuntu 14.04.3). Forgot about the old get_iplayer build in the Ubuntu repositories, so ended-up with v2.83... Got a more-or-less empty response to get_iplayer command.

Recalled the jon hedgerows ppa, so did a purge removal, added the ppa, apt-get update, and reinstalled. Good, now on v2.94. Problem is, still getting the same 'empty' response:

Code:
holdendyej@holdendyej-Aspire-E5-573:~$ get_iplayer

So, maybe there is a problem at the Beeb end?

No problems as far as I can see.

The feeds are refreshing fine here.

You just need to force a cache refresh - the old bogus cache probably hasn't expired. Better yet, remove the *.cache files in $HOME/.get_iplayer and try it again.

Great. That did it. Thanks.
