I am trying to get the Children in Need exclusive content.  In particular this episode.

I have used the same technique to download those videos that don't appear in the normal list.

That should work fine. Just tried it and it works here.

Is that exactly how you entered the command?

The automatic URL expansion of this forum software hides your mistake from other users.  You didn't put the scheme (http://) in the URL used in your get_iplayer command.

I edited your post and wrapped your command in a code block to show the problem.

Aaah, thank you all very much.  It was because I forgot the http:// bit.

I feel embarrassed for that mistake.
