Yes you are, as far as get_iplayer is concerned.  You used -pvr on your command line.  Note the single hyphen.  It should be a double hyphen (--pvr) to invoke the pvr function, which is what I assume you are trying to do. Otherwise,  it is interpreted as the short form (-p) of --proxy, with an option value of vr.
