I've been trying to get this programme but everytime I try, I get this error :

At the "connecting..." stage, it tries for about a minute, then the error comes. I tried with all the available modes in flash - all the same.
I tried with all rtsp too (from vhigh to low). In this case, I have a VLC window opening, remaining open (and blank) for about one minute, and in the end the mp4 file is 0 kb.

I'm using a VPN - when I don't use it, I can't even get any mode for the programme. I tried to turn the firewall off, restart the conputer, restart the modem - nothing changed.

Anyone can help please?
