Hi, I'm trying to download this programme from the BBC archive:

As you can see from the URL it has two PID codes.  Neither seems to work.  I tried using the "get_iplayer --url= " command with the URL posted and also the "Share This Page" URL, which is shorter.  Still no joy.

Can anyone tell me what command I need to use to download this programme?  Any help appreciated.  Thanks.

Just tried this and it seems to download with no problems. What command are you using and what output are you getting?

Using this command:

get_iplayer --pid p01m79bn

I get:

"ERROR: failed to get version pid metadata from iplayer site"

OK, seems to be working now.  I updated my version prior to posting, just in case there was a fix.  However, I didn't reboot the machine.  Booting up from cold this morning, everything works fine.  Thanks for the reply by the way.
