All was working beautifully and then... not.  Only trying to download plays.  At beginning of August, I started getting files with strangely altered names, e.g. Drama.s01e01.Episode 1 instead of the name of the play.  Two days ago, I restored prefs to default and now nothing works, and I can't get back to the garden.   All downloads fail with message ERROR:  Could not get programme metadata

Please help.  This awesome little app fills my day with pleasure.

I'm afraid I don't know what place I should be in. I only know my favourite app no longer works and I seem to have no possible solution. I went to the link you posted and filled in the information to the best of my ability but haven't heard anything back. I feel more out of place than ever.

Is there no help for people who know nothing about creating software? I'm just an end-user who's only just able to use a computer.

Is no one else having the same problem? Only me?
