I just tried installing the latest on my new windows 8.1 touch screen laptop (an HP Spectre 360). Installation worked OK, but when I fired up webPVR, I get the error as shown in the attached screenshot.

I have it running happily on another 8.1 system, so I'm not sure what's going on.

[edit - I clicked <refresh> on my firefox browser window and it all started to work - so there may be a timing issue with the browser being ready before the command prompt window.

That happens sometimes. Just refresh your browser to reinitialise.
