No. However, all your personal settings (and your programme data cache files) are contained in a single profile directory, so you can copy the contents of that directory (or restore from backup) to the same location on another machine. The default location is (Linux/Unix/OSX) or (Windows). You can use a non-default location with , but I don't recommend it.
