Regarding the work-around in Windows, quote "If you use the Web PVR. you can set the required option in your preferences from the command line with get_iplayer --prefs-add --refresh-feeds-tv=schedule" unquote. I don't see the Preferences referred to.

Fortunately I have been downloading like crazy these past 3 days! That'll keep me going on my trip!

You add this to your preferences using the command line version of GiP and the code above and the PVR will then pick this up next time you use it.

I have tried to download using the PID, but I got the error message:.

INFO: 1 Matching Programmes
Not a SCALAR reference at get_iplayer.pl line 7099.

This happened with two programmes.

You either need to wait for the next version of GiP or you can upgrade to the development version which fixes this issue https://github.com/get-iplayer/get_iplayer/tree/develop
