"p02g70hx" is a group PID and it doesn't seem to have metadata with it.

If you just want "Jungle Green : Borneo" use "p00hhrf6" which is the programmes PID. You will also need to add --playlist-metadata to your command for it to download.

Many thanks tvfan - that has worked. I take it that were the programme is within a group like this one was I need to add the --playlist-metadata command at the end.
thanks again

No.
Code:
--playlist-metadata
is a workaround for a bug that affects a few programmes. You can't download from the PID for a group, like the one you posted.

user-882

Thanks user-2 for the explanation.

Version 2.92 of get_iplayer was released last night and should fix the bug that meant you needed
Code:
--plsylist-metadata
. You should update to the latest version.

user-882

Thanks TVfan for the headsup. Have updated.

The easiest thing to do is copy and paste the PID from the iPlayer site.
