Hi,
I was gutted when I discovered that my get_iplayer found no programmes. Thank you to everybody who has worked so hard to get this working again. I installed 2.90 and started downloading using the --PID method, and after some trial and error (and some help from here) got into a routine of using only the --PID method. However, old habits die hard and one night last week I just blindly did a search directly in get_iplayer. The programme was found and so were the index numbers. Only then did I realise that things looked back to normal. I successfully downloaded everything I needed, no problems. So, I am currently using the old method. How can this be so?
Cheers
