I am quite new to ZorinOS. I have, of course, downloaded and installed get_iplayer for it; however, after rebooting and its first run, and also trying --refresh, it just won't work. All it tells me is


for everything. I did check and I found this forum, but the thread I found was old. How can I fix this?

What version? (run get_iplayer -V)
Did you install from the website or from the Linux repository?

The version is,
get_iplayer v2.94

I downloaded get_iplayer through the Synaptic Package Manager, after a fresh Synaptic Package Manager installation.

we're on 3.25 now!
