Using version 3.23.0 and the web pvr manager

Downloading a TV show and I get this message at the end:

INFO: Tagging MP4
INFO: Command exit code 255 (raw code = 65280)
WARNING: Failed to tag MP4 file

What does it mean and what impact does it have on the final MP4 file (which seems to work)?
