Firstly, many thanks for this amazing programme. I'm constantly astonished at how it anticipates the many blunders I make and even tells me how to rectify them.

I'm having a file-size problem with get_iplayer 3.23.0.

I'm inputting the command:

get_iplayer --pid b007y2ct --modes=vgood

hoping to get a file of around 1 GB but I always get the message:

WARNING: Input mode list remapped from 'vgood' to 'better'

and a file that's nearer 1 .5 GB.

Is there some way of stopping this remapping? Many thanks.
