I am using Windows 10 build 18363.535 on a Surface Pro 4.

I have been using get_iplayer for many years.

I was using v3.22. Tried to install V3.24. Install begins but ceases immediately. The update window freezes.
In task manager/services there is a file get_iplayer-3.24.0-setup-tmp which shows status "suspended" and under UAC virtualisation "not allowed" (screenshot attached).

I also tried to reinstall V3.22 but got the same error.

Any help would be much appreciated.
