Apologies if this has already been asked, I’ve searched for it but so far with no luck. I’m finding that I’m getting separate video and audio files when downloading a tv programme. Is there a way to merge the two or what needs to be done?

All sorted now. I was using my old laptop But had no issue when i used my newer one.
