Since a few days ago on my Ubuntu 16.04.6 machine running get_iplayer 3.23-ppa33g I am getting this error on all feeds:

ERROR: Failed to download BBC News schedule page (3/3): https://www.bbc.co.uk/schedules/p00fzl6g/2019/w51
ERROR: Connection error: SSL connect attempt failed because of handshake problems

I can cUrl the url, so I don't think it is a system-wide problem.

Any ideas?
