Midway through downloading a series of programs, I suddenly started getting this error:

ERROR: Could not create dir 'C:\Users\USER\Desktop\iPlayer Recordings': mkdir C:\Users\USER: Permission denied; Access is denied at C:\Program Files (x86)\get_iplayer\get_iplayer.pl line 3417.

That is neither the specified path, nor is there a user account "USER" on this computer.
I have tried updating the recordings path (which is "C:\Users\mike_\OneDrive\Desktop\iPlayer Recordings"). I also tried other paths, but they are ignored - the error message always refers to the same path.

Nothing has changed on my machine, and certainly not midway through a run. Rebooting didn't help.
