2 questions my end:

(1) is there any possibility of get_iplayer working under libreelec?

(2) under osmc, how can get_iplayer_web_pvr be modified to run under a 192.168.x.x address instead of localhost (127.0.0.1). happy to keep the default port of 1935.

I don’t know enough about libreelec to know whether you could ever run get-iplayer on it. There are some good instructions on the gip wiki for a generic Linux installation. I suspect you’ll get stuck installing Perl and its dependencies.

The web pvr scripts listen on the localhost port by default - you’ll probably find the setting for this in /etc/default/get_iplayer_web_pvr , but that depends on how gip was packaged for osmc.

Thanks Jon - yes, i think perl + friends might be an issue too.
get_iplayer_web_pvr playing nicely now that i've changed it.
