So I recently installed on Windows laptop with no problems. Tried same today on new Windows PC, seemed to download Ok and all icons landed on desktop. However programme fails to launch, the page opens with Search, Recordings, pvr list at the top but rest of page is black with internet wheel just spiinning round. Tried three browsers and reinstall but no change. Any ideas?
