I have set "best" in the Recording tab.

I have checked that HD versions are available for download.

I get the message:


No specified modes ("best") available for this programme with version 'default' (try using --modes=flashhd,flashhigh,flashlow,flashstd,flashvhigh,rtsphd,rtsphigh,rtsplow,rtspstd,rtspvhigh,subtitles)

Then I tried changing default in "Programme Version" (and saved) to the above suggestion....with and without the --modes= at the beginning. I got no results at all.

Can someone please advise what I am doing incorrectly. Thank you.

You put quotes around "best" in the Recording tab. Remove them and it should work.

As simple as that, and it now works. I feel embarrassed.
