I'm using v 3.16. Been downloading Cardinal Blackfly using the Web PVR. No issues with episodes 1-4. Episodes 5 & 6 (released on Saturday) don't save any media (metadata) information.

Any ideas? I will update to 3.17, but I don't expect that to make a difference (but I could be wrong).

Edit - juct checked and none of my recent recordings have metadata, I think the Beeb have done something. So, maybe I'd better upgrade....

Upgrade and follow our instructions to provide a proper report so we can see what is happening on your system. Also, it is no use to say your file doesn't have metadata without telling us how you determined that.

I have to pass on profound apologies. It was dear Windows playing up.

Thanks to Dinky who asked me "how do you know the metadata isn't there". I was just looking at file explorer. As soon as I looked at the actual properties of the file, they were there.

A reboot and it all looks OK again.
