Running the Windows PVR and using it do download programs and convert to MP3. When I do this, the comments are truncated at around 30 characters. Video doesn't seem to have this issue.

Any ideas? Is it the conversion to MP3 causing it? If so, is there anything I can do about it?

Have you tried downloading without converting to MP3 and checking the M4A file, as that will tell you whether it's the conversion that's truncating the comments field.

Also, have you considered not converting to MP3? Surely everything can play M4A files these days. You would save time, simplify the procedure, and avoid a drop in quality from re-encoding from one lossy format to another.
