Commencing yesterday evening when using the Web PVR manager indexing is getting no results, the following is being displayed:

I have only shown the first few entries and also have similar results for indexing radio programmes; in both cases 0 programmes are added to the cache.

In addition for a very few programmes that it appears to know need recording no programme metadata is available and downloading does not take place, this applies to both TV and radio programmes, examples of each are:

Follow our instructions to provide a proper report so we can see what is happening on your system. Since you didn't bother to identify your operating system, I'll hazard a guess that you may be using Windows and your antivirus is causing the problems by denying network access. Check that first.

On second glance, that doesn't look like Windows after all, unless you have not installed get_iplayer properly, though antivirus or firewall could still be the culprit. You may also be missing dependencies. Follow our instructions so we can see what is going on.

Apologies for the incorrect report. I am actually using macOS High Sierra not Windows. However, the problem seems to have fixed itself and get_iplayer is working again so please close this thread.
