Hi,

I'm using Sierra Version 10.12.6

I'm new to all this installation malarkey and am having problems trying to install both AtomicParsley and FFMPEG. Both I've downloaded and are in my Macs Download folder but how do "Extract the AtomicParsley and ffmpeg binaries from their respective archives into your working directory" as per the installation instructions??
