Following a computer crash I just reinstalled Get_iPlayer and now when I run Web PVR Manager it just hangs at "listening on 127.0.0.1:1935"
I can use Run PVR Scheduler Now from the All Programs area but of course I can't search or add new programs without the windows Get_iPlayer program running.

It's not hung. As it tells you, it is listening for connections from your browser. If your browser didn't launch when you clicked the Web PVR Manager menu shortcut, that's a separate issue. But before you can say the Web PVR isn't working, you need to connect to it with your browser and at least try to perform a search.
