BBC's iplayer website is listing the TV programme Comedy Feeds (http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episodes/p01bhx0w) from both 2013 and 2012. get_iplayer is listing all programmes from 2013, but none from 2012. The programme I'd like to watch is http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/p00...face-tapes

I thought that if a programme is listed on the iplayer website it would also show up in get_iplayer, or am I - as is all too frequently the case - wrong about this?

(While I'm here, thank you to everyone involved in the get_iplayer project. I'm often away on a boat and cannot get internet access nor TV, so get_iplayer is a real boon. )

Just because an archive programme is available on the iPlayer web site doesn't mean it is available in the listings used by get_iplayer. Read the documentation and you'll find alternate download methods applicable in this case.

A big thank you for the pointer to the docs - the answer was indeed within - a very useful and helpful resource. I usually try to RTFM before asking questions but, obviously, missed it this time.
