That’s entirely up to you. Read the release notes and decide for yourself.

If you use the Ubuntu ppa or raspbian repository then you’ll get the update at the next update (or a bit later, I haven’t poked my pi to build yet). Otherwise your distro team might adopt the update, or you can upgrade manually.
