Win 10 64 bit

new one on me. I find the programmes I want to record and set up "record series". The programme then gets added to the PVR list but I get this with every attempt at downloading.....whether theyre TV or radio programmes

I'm not typing anything in. Any ideas ?

You'll need to look at the contents of that JSON file to see what is wrong. To start, open it in your browser. There may be characters incorrectly encoded, or perhaps the file is getting corrupted somehow. Whatever it is, I can't reproduce it, so something peculiar to your system appears to be at fault. It could also just have been a temporary problem at the BBC end.
