I note that the program listing in get_iplayer is very much smaller than usual.

Q 1/ how do I build program listing up? or does it happen over time.

Q 2/ how do I refresh cache program listing?

Q 3/ how do I block programs that I am not interested in like CeeBBs?

You don't mention what version of GiP you're running or on what platform which are some of the key things required in order to provide accurate assistance.

I'm going to assume that you're running the latest version and if you look at the release notes there are references to cache rebuilds and excluding channels.
