I must firstly apologise as I have never been on this forum so may not now exactly how it works and if my problem has already been posted somewhere.  

Get Iplayer used to work ok before the recent upgrade. It now comes up with a message that says:

I don't know what this means or what to do to fix it.

It means you need to upgrade to latest version 3.01.
