I normally use GIP to download as I increase the volume by 3db, but tonight I used their download and save options.

e.g.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b08pdydq (The archers)

gives a file name
bUnknown-6dae746b-8d34-48fe-9a56-6ffbb593ab1f_p0516222_1493218228519.mp3

Which isn't very helpful

Should I tell someone at the BBC?

Up to you. Filenames from the past week are all wrong, so something is broken.
