I know that complaints about download speeds aren't permissible, but this is more of a puzzlement.

I have a very fast internet connection (>900mbps) and the 3 hour 30 minute Radio 1 Breakfast Show used to download in a minute or two. Now it (and my other radio progs) download very slowly - takes 90 minutes to download the Radio 1 prog. I haven't changed any settings since installing 3.00. I'm in New Zealand, by the way.

My internet connection is still very fast. Has the Beeb started throttling international downloads? Have other international radio downloaders noticed something similar in the last week?
