I apologise in advance if this issue has been covered elsewhere. I have look without finding it.

The program returns the following message when I try to download the TV shows I would like to download.

ERROR: Could not get version pid metadata
ERROR: Could not get programme metadata

Any help would be appreciated

Sometimes programmes aren't available for a day or more after broadcast, and sometimes not until the repeat has aired. Your post came just before this morning's repeat of that programme. Whatever the case, it is available now.

Thank you for your prompt reply and your good advice. After a few more abortive attempts all due to user error, I managed to secure the desired file.
