Can we have an option to use the series thumbnail or the episode thumbnail?

Currently get_iplayer automatically downloads the series thumbnail.

You can force the program to use your own thumbnail by placing it in the directory with the correct filename before the download, but it would be helpful if you could add a preference for whichever you require.
