All you have shown is a configuration dialog for a Kodi media source, so it isn't clear what your problem is. All I can say for sure is that you are using filenames that won't work with the Kodi scraper. See Filenames and Directories section of examples page in wiki.

Still not been able to get this to work. So when I select Episode Infomation nothing is displayed.

The file names l0ok OK, which is as far as get_iplayer can take you. Now you need to set up a folder hierarchy and add the show-level metadata (get_iplayer only produces metadata for individual episodes). Go to the Kodi wiki and look at the page on naming video files/TV shows and also look at the pages with examples of NFO files for tv shows and episodes.

Have you manually refreshed the library since adding the media file and nfo?

Doesn't Kodi only add nfo files once on the first initial library add/scan? I think you have to manually refresh each added media file to see it for newly added files. And for whatever reason I don't think it will 'discover' the nfo file when you add a media file to an existing library, you have to manually refresh and then select something like 'don't get metadata from internet' or something like that.

It's been a few years since I've used Kodi (actually I don't think it was called Kodi yet the last time I used it it was that long ago!) but I remember running into something like this once.
