Update just for interest.

When using my VPN I tried --tvmode=flash which didn't yield 720p
Turned VPN off and tried --tvmode=tv25fps on same file, got 25fps 720p

So it seems there may be no way that I can use my VPN and get 25fps 720p without it costing you guys more time helping me to understand new things.

ps - If it's no bother I would appreciate this thread being left open for a while, just in case another VPN user has found a way to do it
