web pvr: can't open pipe: No such file or directory
On Windows 10 it is no longer finding any programmes on refreshing cache, or if I put in a quick url. In the window it says it is recording but nothing happens.  The console outputs:-

INFO: Win32 Command: "C:\Program Files (x86)\get_iplayer\get_iplayer.cmd" --encoding-locale=UTF-8 --encoding-console-out=UTF-8 --nocopyright --expiry=999999999 --hash --webrequest "pid%3Dhttps%3A%2F%2Fwww.bbc.co.uk%2Fiplayer%2Fepisode%2Fp07qf1xy%2Fgirihaji-series-1-episode-7?type%3Dtv?thumb%3D0?hide%3D0?force%3D0?refreshfuture%3D0?fps25%3D0?subtitles%3D0" 2>&1
